PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This Policy is intended to make you aware of the general rules for the processing of personal data, which are collected and processed in strict respect and compliance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data in force at any given time, namely the General Data Protection Regulation, (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”).

SIGNIFICANCE OF PERSONAL DATA
“Personal data” means any information relating to a natural person already identified or identifiable (data subject), namely the name, e-mail address, postal address, title, date of birth, gender, profession, location data, identifiers electronically or to one or more specific elements of your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA
ICD, in the scope of its activities, processes the personal data necessary for the provision of services and/or supply of products, processing data such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address, according to more detailed information made available to holders of personal data.
Without prejudice to the compliance with legal norms regarding the conservation and transmission of data for the purposes of investigation, detection, prosecution of serious crimes, as well as other treatments to which it is legally obliged, such as traffic data, geographic location, ICD profile and/or consumption, insofar as they are necessary for the respective provision of services.
If there is prior consent, it can be withdrawn at any time, without, however, the lawfulness of the treatment carried out based on the consent previously given being compromised.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In general, the personal data collected is based on and is intended for the management of the contractual relationship, the provision of the contracted services, the adequacy of the services to the needs and interests that we may have with you, namely for the purposes of accessing specific features of the services to be provided.
In addition, personal data may also be processed for the purpose of complying with legal obligations and for the purpose of investigating, detecting and prosecuting serious crimes.
TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data consists in an operation or set of operations carried out on personal data, using automated or non-automated means, namely collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation, recovery, consultation, use, disclosure, diffusion, comparison, interconnection, limitation, erasure or destruction.

Third parties that, within the scope of the provision of services, process personal data in the name and on behalf of ICD, are obliged, in writing, to carry out appropriate technical and security measures that, at each moment, satisfy the requirements foreseen in the legislation in force and ensure the defense of the rights of the data subject.
